Myth Vs Fact - Working in Care leads nowhere / FACT - A career in care can lead to all sorts of possibilities, especially further up the career ladder in plenty of Healthcare professions!

Care Work with Nightingales Care in Bognor Regis is far from a "dead-end job"! Plenty of our team remain with us as they love the job so much, achieving additional qualifications and working their way up into more Senior/Office-based roles with us. And, of course, there have been multiple carers who have moved on to further careers in Healthcare with the NHS, having gained experience in the industry with us. Now we adore staying in touch with old team members who have moved on to Nursing and even Midwifery!
