Anne joined the team in early 2015. She describes herself as thoughtful, fun and determined. Anne loves meeting people and working within the Nightingales Care team, and her ambition is to achieve her NVQ in Health and Social Care!
Ruth is another one of our Supervisors and we’ve had plenty of phone calls from her clients who absolutely adore her! She’s been with Nightingales Care since 2013 and helping people gives her so much satisfaction. Her ambition is to be happy, and this reflects in the care she provides!
Sue Crisp is our Senior Carer and On-Call Advisor. She has been working with Sue and Gary McIndoe since May, 2003. She is incredibly loyal, reliable, happy and helpful, always offering to go the extra mile for her clients and colleagues alike. She’s a fantastic team player and her knowledge of care is equal to none. She’s always on the end of the On-Call phone, ready to help anyone who may need it!
Ash joined our Chichester team back in February, 2016. Coming from a background in retail, Ash was incredibly excited to learn more about the Care industry and has taken to caring for her clients like a duck to water. She prides herself on the care she provides and is eager to undertake even more training!
Mandy, an already established carer with years of experience, joined us back in March, 2016. Her knowledge of the industry and its practices are equal to none and she has slotted into the team incredibly well. She looks after each of her clients with the utmost attention to detail, and is often in the office, letting us know how well her clients are doing.
Pat is one of our wonderful Supervisors and has been with Nightingales Care since April, 2012. With 20 years worth of experience, when she’s not in the office creating careplans for her clients or helping our carers perform to the best of their ability, she’s out there caring for her clients (and they all love her!) Pat enjoys the interaction with her clients, often having a good laugh with them!
Vicky joined the team in August, 2016. Having spent years before coming to us as a Carer, she has quickly completed all of her training and is out using her experience to provide a fantastic quality of care. Vicky is a very pleasant lady and we’ve had some wonderful conversations with her. We’re incredibly excited to watch her progress even further!
